The Multicultural Welcome Reception is an opportunity for the UT community to formally welcome our new and returning students to the University of Tennessee. During this reception, students will have the opportunity to meet and network with faculty, staff, and administrators. The Multicultural Welcome Reception will be held on Thursday, August 27th, from 5:00 – 7:00 pm, in the Frieson Black Cultural Center, and is co-hosted by the Office of Multicultural Student Life, the Commission for Blacks, and the UTK Chapter of NAACP.
