15th Annual Black Issues Conference will take place on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at the UTK Student Union. The purpose of this conference is to offer a forum for research and discussion of issues affecting the African American community. The Black Issues Conference features an outstanding keynote speaker and workshops. This year’s conference theme is “Breaking the Cycle of a People Divided.” Registration deadline is January 24, 2020 at 11:59PM.
